Delivery Policies:
Our chosen carriers are Parcel Force and Interlink (surfboards etc). For International Delivery we use Royal Mail who offer 2-7 Working Days delivery service anywhere in the world. Goods ordered before 2pm will be dispatched from the shop that afternoon for delivery, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Surfboards, bodyboards will be sent with our Next Day Delivery service, it is advisable to ensure that you provide us with a delivery address where the goods can be signed for and that you are in when delivery is made due to the bulky nature of the item.

UK Mainland:
Orders placed online before 2pm are normally sent the same day for a charge of - £4.95 Post and Packing for 48 hour delivery and £5.95 Post and Packaging for delivery within 24 hours. Delivery lead in times from processing of order. (Please provide a daytime telephone number we can reach you on incase of any problems.)

Padded Surfboard bags and large holdals £7.95 (please allow 3-4 days delivery)

£7.95 post and packing per dispatch for the Isle of man, Isle of white, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for you order not arriving within the time given. However we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, deliveries on Bank Holidays and Sunday are not available. Please note that ALL orders processed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday). In the event the item(s) are out of stock, you will be contacted and the goods will either be dispatched as soon as possible or an alternative item will be offered.
